This little saucepan is designed with a wide lip that allows liquids to be poured from it without dripping. Made of heavyweight cast iron with a durable porcelain-enamel finish, the pan is especially useful for cooking vegetables in water, melting butter, warming milk and simmering a sauce. The combination of its helper handle and extra-long handle ensures precise control when pouring. The long handle and lid handle are a phenolic resin that withstands heat and stays cool.
