5 Stars healthy treats for kids, good quality for mom!
Just what I needed! I am making more of my kids’ snacks rather than buying convenience items. I’m a doctor, & I have become fed up with having to decipher the ingredients that go into my kids’ bodies. I know that my pops have naturally sweet organic strawberries & homemade organic yogurt in them, and that’s IT. And the kids devour them. Or plain organic juices, lemonade, you name it. It’s not hard to fill them, or clean them, so it’s no more work than spending the extra time in the freezer aisle. I can refill them individually as soon as the molds appear in the sink (or the kids are making juice blends now). As another reviewer confirmed, some plastics will crack if dropped when frozen, so I would be careful of that. The kids slide the pops out easily by running them under a little cool water for about 30 seconds. Drips aren’t an issue if they remember to slurp out the drip catcher. You do need enough freezer space to keep these upright until frozen of course, although they don’t seem to drip if the top is on firmly. I suspect it may leak if you try freezing these on their sides, as the frozen liquid expands. Happy pop-making!

These are high quality sturdy plastic, sit in my freezer well and are just the right shape and size. They are easy to unsheathe when frozen and make pretty festive healthy frozen treats. I’m very happy to get this.

I’m impressed with the Tovolo Yellow Groovy Pop Molds. The plastic is very sturdy & the pops release easily by running under hot water for a few seconds. I like the individual molds, the fit is snug while waiting for freezing & may be eaten one at a time without having to unmold the entire tray as with other products. The handle is easy to grip, they are easy to eat, except when you get to the bottom. It’s challenging getting your mouth around the last inch or so or the pop. I solved this however, by not filling the mold to the top. I do wish the molds were a bit smaller. The Tovolo pop is 4 oz, while store bought pops are 1.65 oz. I would recommend this product.

I love this gadget. I have small children and while they love fresh cherries, I would hate to spend all the time pitting them by hand. This gadget makes it easy and they can enjoy. It is super easy to use and clean. Completely recommend.

Works very well for cherries and olives. Very quick and doesn’t tear the fruit unless soft. Works best with medium and larger olives. Easy on hands. Seems very durable. Easy to clean.

I’ve used this for olives and cherries. It’s well built and the splash guard does a decent job of keeping the cherry juices from getting all over you, but it’s still very important to be careful.
For olives it works great on kalamatas, but many of the other varieties have pits that are too large for the opening of this pitter. I’ll have to find a different pitter for them.

My husband asked for this for Christmas and I thought he was nuts - just figured it was another silly kitchen item that wouldn’t work. I was wrong. The product works great! Very easy to use and the pits come out very cleanly. We’ll definitely be eating more cherries this summer!

I love blue cheese stuffed olives in a martini but the prestuffed ones taste stale and pitted olives just were not as good as whole olives. This works fine for medium to large olives but the smaller ones push through the holder. Now I have the best cocktail olives ever, especially stuffed kalamatas!!

The original pitcher was cracked from shipping but the replacement came quickly after. It fits right in the side of the door and would be great for a dorm room or small fridge.

What you see is pretty much what you get: a smaller pitcher that has a clean and appealing look. However, what you cannot tell from the picture is that you have to hold the top cover while pouring or the entire solid white portion of the pitcher (including the filter) will tilt and fall out of place, which can lead to spilled water. Therefore, you have to use both hands to properly pour the pitcher. I might have opted for another Brita pitcher if I knew this beforehand. Nonetheless, I find it to be a good value.

Some of the other reviewers seem overly enthused about this pair of funnels; there’s nothing innovative about them. All around, I have no complaints about them, save one: I would’ve preferred that the smaller funnel have a smaller tip, so that I could use it to fill some spice dispensers that I have with small holes. Both of the funnels have tips that are about 1/2″ in diameter.

Ever try pouring oil into a bottle or back into the jug it came in? Trapped air inside the jug builds up pressure and eventually bubbles up in the funnel and splashes oil everywhere. Well, not with this funnel. The soft rubber strips not only allow the air to vent out while you are filling the jug, but they also help hold the funnel in place without holding on. The funnel material holds up to hot oil, cleans easily, and doesn’t seem to stain. A must have for my kitchen!

5 Stars Hoover upright anniversary vacuum
I Love this Vacuum cleaner. I bought this after reading all the bad things about the newer Panasonics here on Amizon. We have 3 cats and this thing works great at removing everything on the floor, even much better than my old Panasonic bagless unit I still like and own. My only gripe is the Hoover is on the heavy side but I liked it so much I have bought a second one for downstairs.The Panasonic is well worth the money, 5 stars here!!.
5 Stars Well Designed Vacuum
This vacuum has a well thought out design. The hoses are on the side so they don’t get in the way. The wheels are rubber, so they don’t scratch the wood floor. The canister with the filter has a wheel you can turn that causes it to rub against an agitator to make the heavy dust fall off. The bottom of the canister opens, so the dust falls out easily. I love the green light/red light to let me know how clean the floor is. The canister comes in and out easily also. The vacuum also works very well suction-wise. It is not self-propelled, but has so much suction that it seems to take off by itself! I looked at a lot of vacuums with goofy designs - this one is designed well and works great.

For the money I think it is a great buy. I really like the fact that when I use it I don’t smell any dust or dirt smell. Can’t believe how much dirt and dog hair it picked the first time I used it. The special brush for furniture does a really good job. I have owened more expensive vacuums, this one is by far the best.
The only thing that I find that I don’t really care for is when I go to empty the canister, I have to reach up inside to get all of the hair and dirt to come out. It doesn’t just fall out, the pros far out weigh the cons.

My dear last Hoover lasted 18 years, thru two kids, and 14 years with one big black Chow-Chow girl. I really felt bad when finaly my Hoover “bit the dust.” It was like an old friend. My 30+ year old Maytag died on me about 3 months previous. I have stayed with the rock solid companies - Maytag - Hoover - Maytag - Hoover. My new Hoover has great suction on the floor - but with the attachments there is something lacking. I saved the old attachments, tried them on the new, but it still wasn’t the same.

these cooling racks seem like they are same-old same-old, but they are way more durable than others i’ve had in the past. they put up with the abuse i give them by stuffing them in cabinets where they don’t want to fit, and setting things on top of them that shouldn’t be there. it’s been two years and they’re not even bent. and i use these things frequently.

these racks[2] are exactly cooling racks.I have used them in the oven for fish,pork chops,only once and found the non-stick coating with pretty heavy hard to remove food.The center of the rack is unsupported which can make them sag in center when used for cooking items.As a cooling rack the non-stick coating was perfect and easy to clean,flexing not an issue when used for cooling.

The USDA recommends pressure canning as the only safe method for low-acid foods such as vegetables, meats, and poultry. The Presto 23-quart pressure canner is more than adequate for any home canning needs. This canner leaves nothing to be desired. It does all it says it does. The instructions should be corrected to advise 1 quart less or one half quart less in capacity if using wide-mouthed jars…but aside from the obvious this is a rockstar among canners. Save your canning money and get the Presto…This canner costs half compared to others of the same size and capability. I am delighted with this purchase, the shipping & arrival times as well as how easy to handle the canner is.

I recently received the Presto pressure cooker & canner. I have successfully canned chicken, beef, pork, and beans. It was easy to use after reading the instruction. The only thing I would have liked is more recipes with it. I am not an experienced canner, the only thing I have ever canned before this is jams and jellies. I was pleased with how tender the food came out after canning.

This is the only way to cook.. Since I purchased this cooker I have made Green chili beef (my favorite), pulled pork sandwich’s, shreadded chicken taco’s / burrito’s(unbelivable), spilt pea soup, bean w/ bacon soup (the best)and even my chili w/beef was kicked up another notch!!!!

Very easy to assemble. Did an excellent job cleaning carpets. My daughter no longer is telling me I need to replace my 20 year old carpet. It is light beige and looks like new. This cleaner has done a better job than professional cleaners I have had come in. Both my son & daughter plan on purchasing this cleaner. I especially like being able to rinse the soap out of the carpet. It keeps the carpet clean much longer.

Let me start by stating that I live in a house with 3 dogs, a cat, a ferret, 3 young girls, multiple guests, etc. - lots of dirt and carpets that show the wear!!!
Bought this cleaner based on recommendations here on Amazon and have NOT regretted it at all!!! This unit ROCKS - makes my 6 year old carpets looks almost brand new. The before and after pictures posted by another reviewer here do not lie - it’s that good!
I had an $80 Bissell carpet cleaner before this and it was good, but this is much more akin to having a steam cleaning service come to do your carpets!!! Most importantly, my wife was happy with the results :-)))
Only proviso is that you really need to use the Hoover detergent (I had some left over Bissell stuff which I watered down when the small Hoover bottle supplied with the new cleaner ran out). You can easily buy more Hoover detergent at your local Lowes and some grocery stores. I also have been heating up water to boiling using my electric kettle and adding more nearly boiling hot tap water to complete the fill up on the water supply - really cuts thru the dirt!
So if you’re looking at buying a carpet cleaner - don’t hesitate - this one is a winner!!!

When I was determining whether or not to purchase a steam carpet cleaner I looked at the cost to have a pro do it. The cost of the pro to do it once was about the same as the cost of this machine. So we decided to give it a try. We were truly amazed at how it cleaned. The carpets had not been cleaned for more years than I’d like to admit. They now look like new. I did the carpeted stairs and they came out as good as the floor. It’s not perfect. There was one minor stain that hadn’t come out when we did have a pro do it many years ago and that we’ve tried various cleaners that this machine also did not get out. But it is a very impressive machine. And it really sucks the water up leaving the carpets just slightly damp. Since we now have a machine we’ll be doing the carpets much more often.
4 Stars GREAT CLEANER, GREAT PRICE
We researched several different carpet cleaners before purchasing this Hoover from Amazon.com. We made the right choice! We have several different carpet styles in our home from plush to berber and it did an amazing job cleaning all types of carpet. We also used it on upholstered furniture and it did an equally good job on the furniture. It extracted most of the water from the carpets and they were dry to the touch in about two hours. The dirty water tank did have to be emptied and the clean water tank filled, frequently. Both of those tasks are easy to accomplish with this cleaner.
There were only two drawbacks to the cleaner we have found so far. Any unused detergent left in the soap container must be removed when you are done using the cleaner. If left in the cleaner it finds its way into the clean water tank. If that happens you have to clean the clean water tank prior to the next use so that you don’t have soapy water in with your rinse water. The other drawback is the power hand brush that came with the cleaner. The brushes really do not have enough power. Even the slightest pressure on the hand brush attachment stops the brushes from rotating.
Finally, kudos to Amazon for the fast shipping. We ordered the cleaner on a Sunday night, used Free Super Saver and had it two days later.

I purchased 2 of these cans almost 3 years ago, and they have held up MUCH better than I expected. I run a daycare out of my home, and the kids are constantly pressing the buttons to open and close them, and it wasn’t until yesterday that one actually broke beyond repair. The batteries last an incredibly long time- almost a year- and they are cheaper than most other stainless cans.
You just can’t lose with these!

I purchased this product two years ago and love it. However, there is one issue with it. As other reviewers stated the mechanism that lets the lid open and close broke off after one year. However, my husband was able to repair it by using super glue. This method worked two more times. Now, that trash can is two years old we can no longer repair it. We are now purchasing our second iTouchless trash can. I hope that they will think about selling the replacement for that mechanism so that when it breaks again we can purchase the part needed instead of the whole product.

5 Stars Very Good Slicer for the Money
I searched through many reviews of slicers on amazon and other sites and decided to go with this one. I love it. It makes fast work of slicing all kinds of vegetables. I use it to slice tomatoes and it does it so much faster than I every could and they are uniform thickness. As I’m getting ready for work in the morning I can slice 2 or 3 vegetables in no time and clean up is nice and quick.
If you need more variance than thick or thin, this isn’t the slicer for you. You’ll need one of the higher priced with the knob for that. For me, in the morning, I slice my cucumbers thin and tomatoes thick and it works great. Takes no time to flip the insert over to switch between them.
I use this for many things. It’s great for slicing potatoes for stew and just cooking. Since they are uniform they all get done at the same time.
**One Caveat: this blade is SHARP!!! I found out the hard way. I actually slice a little bit of the end of my finger off and didn’t realize it until later as it is so sharp.

This is my first mandoline so I read all of the reviews prior to purchase. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to write reviews because I couldn’t be happier with the Swissmar Borner V-Slicer Plus! It works effortlessly and slices perfectly with little waste. I love how it fits together in it’s own self-made “box”. It comes with its own hand guide so you don’t need to purchase that separately (as it suggests). I also watched a demo on youtube (type in swissmar borner v-slicer plus) that is helpful. Love it!

did stain it but it’s going to be a little workhorse tool I will use

This is an excellent product. Unlike most junk you can get for kitchens that usually ends up in a closet somewhere, this little thing stays right next to my stove and I use it every day.
I can dice an onion in 10 seconds and not even tear up. I love this thing!

These are very cute and well-designed! I have a typical freezer and had no trouble fitting the tray. From the picture I was worried about the popsicles tipping over, but the tray holds them in place nicely. As far as the popsicles being too big: they turn out about the same size as any normal, commercial one. Definitely recommend!
5 Stars Lose Weight on Popsicles:
I swear you MUST buy these if you are tring to lose weight. Buy your favorite flavor of Crystal Light. Mix it with less water than the directions suggest. Drop some diced fruit into each popsicle form. Add the (strong) Crystal Light and freeze the pops. Something about the flavor and the texture is totally satisfying. Trust me. You will lose weight. Bon Apetite!

This works well. The stand is sturdy and keeps everything in place. The popcicles are nice and big. My only complaint, albeit minor, is that it takes up a lot of space in the freezer.
Tip: I did have to run the frozen popcicles under warm water to get the popcicles our of the sleeve.

I bought 4 sets of these star pop molds last month. At first when they came I realized how big the star tray was that you set the pops in, taking up huge amounts of freezer space since I make 4 sets at a time. After they were frozen though I realized all I needed to do was take them out of the tray and store them laying flat inside the freezer, taking up hardly any room at all. A wonderful bonus is that when a kid wants a pop I only have to run the ONE pop under warm water to get it out of the mold. All of my other pop molds that I have bought over the years I am always running warm water over the whole tray of pops trying to get out just one or two at a time. Overall I love these pop molds!

Well designed, default to low charge to extend battery life. Refresh function takes a while, but works well and shows the maximum charge to help determine when your battery is not holding a decent charge any more (or to find defective batteries).
This is my second La Crosse charger, because I sometimes need to charge 8 batteries at a time and don’t like to use fast charging. Great product.

Excellent product. I’ve been able to revive many dead or very weak rechargeable batteries. The display is hard to read in weak light. It really needs a backlight.

5 Stars Really great for small burgers
The Cuisinart patty maker is a neat little combination of a standard size burger press with a sealable containers for storing extra burgers. I use it for both normal beef burgers and vegetarian lentil burgers. Its completely non-stick and the sealable containers are great for storing a handful of extra burgers. It is definitely a cuisinart product in that it is heavy duty and everything fits together perfectly - the press fits exactly into the cast, and the cast fits perfectly into the storage containers.
Combine this with a good grill/skittle press (like the Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Rectangular Cast-Iron Grill Press from Amazon or the Williams-Sonoma Grill press) an it is very easy to make perfect 1/4 lb or 1/2 lb burgers.

This is a great carpet cleaner. I cleaned carpets as a youngster and was very surprised at how easy it cleaned. Also pulls around 60% of the water out. My carpets were dry in 6 to 8 hours. If I had of known how easy it was I would have purchased one years ago. Attachments work great for cleaning steps and upolstery. Easy assembly. No problems with leaking or spot cleaning valve as others write about. (follow directions)

I found the carpet cleaner to be all that I expected it to be. It does a fantastic job, is easy to set up and easy to store. If there is one failing it is that the tank is small and required frequent refilling to complete my living room carpet.

I bought these for my son and we both love them We use them constantly. As soon as a few come out of the dishwasher I fill them back up and put them in the freezer. Not only can I fill them with healthy juice blends (ones that even have carrot!) but they save money since we don’t have to buy popsicles at the store — and they are environmentally friendly — no more cardboard pop boxes or wrappers - ever!
They’re also great when my son has a scratchy throat due to a cold — I can give him one of these to ease the pain and know he’s getting a healthy dose of vitamin C - not sugar!

…it would be these popsicle molds. I got all three shapes (rockets, stars and bars) and we love them. As other reviewers recommended I run hot water over them to open them up, and handle with care while the plastic is frozen. We chipped one while it was frozen, but we can still use it no problem. We are making delicious, healthy snacks in a snap.

When we used our last cleaning tablet for our Jura Capresso maker, we logged onto Amazon to find more tablets. We ordered it on May 12th; the order shipped on the 13th and we received it on the 15th of May. We couldn’t have asked for anything better as far as timing on the order. These do a great job cleaning my F9. They even dissolve a good portion of the coffee sludge that sticks to the drip pan. Make sure you use these in your J.C. superautomatic!
