I was disappointed that the blade melts when you use it on a hot pan.
5 Stars Can cut HOT pizza!
This is an awesome pizza cutter. Not only is it non-stick, you can cut pizza straight out of the oven without waiting for it to cool. It’s perfect if you have impatient kids. You can even cut the pizza into little bites straight on their plastic plate without making a mess of the pizza or scratching the plate. Of course, it’s a must if you have non-stick pizza pans too.

Even though this pizza cutter is essentially hard plastic, it has no problem cutting through crispy pizza. I really only like medium to thin crust so I can’t comment on deep dish but due to its large diameter I’m sure it would work well. Plus, there are no marks on our calphalon pans!
